SOLD AS SPARES OR REPAIR, the car starts running fine and then shortly after warming up transmission warning light comes on and car goes into limp mode and you are unable to do more than 30 mph. Had the fault diagnosed as codes P0121 and P0222, indicating a Throttle position sensor fault (TPS)- although there is no guarantee that this is the actual fault; due to a change in circumstances I have not got the time or money to sort this out and therefore car is sold as SPARES or REPAIR and sold as seen. The car can be driven for a few miles and then speed is restricted to maximum 30 mph and therefore would have to be transported if it is to go any distance. There are no other known faults with the car and everything else works fine-including the air-con. The red paintwork looks stunning and is also in very good condition apart from 2 small areas of corrosion detailed in the photos (only visible on close inspection). The car is MOT until Dec, with stamped service history. Apart from the fault stated above there are no other known faults and the car looks stunning in rich red coachwork with unusual alloys, there are a few small areas of age related corrosion detailed in the close up photos. Tyres and exhaust are in good condition and everything else works, including the air-con. The car is finished in cream leather and walnut trim all in excellent condition. MOT until December 2015 and with stamped Service History, many receipts and old mots present, as well as V5; and 2 keys present. Mot service history confirms mileage of 86000 and the car is HPI clear. Any inspection welcome.
